Savor an introductory cocktail and 7 samples of limited edition rums under the Boston skyline on the Apex Rooftop Bar & Lounge. This guided tasting experience by Boston bottler Raising Glasses will transform you into a worldly connoisseur of single cask rums across the globe, including:

THE BOTTLE (optional: $40 per 375ml half bottle):

We’re making 36 advance bottles of our long awaited private cask of Privateer Queen’s Share rum (aged in a first fill New Riff bourbon barrel) available for Boston Rum week. It’ll officially be a 4 year rum since it’s a few weeks short of 5 years of aging but feel free to brag that your super limited edition bottling is 4.95 years old!

Orders will be placed through Burlington Wine & Spirits (but we can make arrangements to have it picked up & delivered to you at the event)
